Dear Friend,
My story is not unique. Just like you, I wanted more money. More money for peace of mind, for vacations and leisure time, for my family, to pay off debt and to retire on my own terms with no worries.
I watched infomercials, traded stocks, bought the CDs and books, bought and sold real estate. In the last fifteen years I have looked into dozens of opportunities. Some have paid off with a lot of work. Others haven’t. Unfazed, I continued seeking the holy grail of financial independence.
Then it happened. A series of events led me in the direction of sports and entertainment. It was not a eureka moment. One day the light bulb went on and I realized there was an opportunity sitting in my lap. Luck plagues the diligent.
What happened was my business partner and I bought some MLB season tickets to entertain clients and prospects. More people wound up giving our tickets to the friends down the hall or their brother-in-law or someone else we did not know or care about. That was not exactly the goal we had in mind. We decided to stop handing them on and get some of our money back.
We started selling the tickets online. Some of our tickets sold at face value. Some sold at a loss. Some did not sell at all (ouch). And, yeah, some even sold at a profit. Make that MOST sold at a profit. And some of those were at a big profit. I was surprised people would pay that much for a ticket.
I was confused because what I thought were the hot games with a great pitching show-down did not sell and the games that I thought would not be popular – sold for a profit. What was this all about? There was something I did not understand but needed to. What was at first a curiosity became an obsession. I spent hours, then days, then months studying this market. The more I learned about this industry, the more opportunity I saw. Was this my “ticket” to financial independence? Yes – and in a big way! Today I am finally making money – on my own terms – not by working for someone else.
Several friends knew that I was selling tickets online and watched me slowly and meticulously perfect my model – trying this, changing that, experimenting with different options. It was a lot of work – a few hits (to use a pun), more misses but, gradually, I was learning what worked and, more importantly, what didn’t.
These friends would casually ask about my efforts and I found myself explaining that I had made a 35% return on ticket sales for the first three months of the baseball season. They, naturally, wanted to learn more. When they asked me how I did on World Series tickets and I told them that I had made over $19,000 from a $2,400 investment, they were very interested!
Was this a fluke or was I genuinely on to something? So, I kept working, experimenting, testing, tweaking, and analyzing, what has became known as “The Ultimate Insiders Guide to the Ticket Broker Business - Make Sports Make You Money” course manual.
Was I just lucky or was there something to this? Could I repeat my success? Would this work for NFL games? The NBA? Broadway? More important – could anyone do this?
The answer is yes – we could repeat it and we do – over and over. And, yes, not just with baseball tickets. We did it with the NFL, NBA, concerts and Broadway. We expanded into each of these markets successfully and profitably.
Can anyone do this? The answer is yes. You can learn how to become a Ticket Broker. People are following our model and succeeding. Whether you want to just an extra few hundred dollars or to pay for the games you want to see, this model works. I hope I get the opportunity to help you learn.
If you have any questions and would like a personal response, please feel free to email me at gcox@MyTicketBiz.com. I look forward to hearing from you.
Best Regards,
Greg Cox
